A passionate advocate of authentic indigenous voices in media.
Lehua is a frequent speaker at schools, conferences, and symposiums. In addition to keynote addresses and special topic presentations, she also teaches writing workshops and mentors emerging authors and small presses.
Virtual visits up to 30 minutes are free to schools, libraries, and non-profit organizations. Workshops and other appearances are offerred on a sliding scale and are based on appearance plus travel.
